[TowerTalk] RF in rotor control ?

Hello,
i have a new rotor with Preset.
 
If I have the VOX on, while the rotor is running the radio is activated.
 
I think is RF, instead the antenna is OK. 
 
Any idea how to solve it? keeping the VOX on :))
