Ed -
I had one of those. I never got it to work even moderately well. As I 
recall, it was mounted at 35 feet, which is what I remember the 
instructions called for. That said, my rememberer isn't too trustworthy 
these days.
I'm now using  1/4 wave slopers on 160/80 fed at about 65-65 feet on my 
80' tower sharing a feedpoint. For 40 I have a dipole suspended from about
60 feet so it's mostly vertical.
