Hi Lance,
Following is the info you need to get your questions answered.  We do not 
deal with Titanex and I know nothing about their reputation, etc.   It 
appears that they do not have a US distributor, but ask.
If you need parts shipped into you from them in Germany, I can assist on 
that as we have excellent carriers for import/export.
