[TowerTalk] Crank Up Tower ?

Is there any such thing as a self supporting 50' tilt over crank up tower?. 
I don't contest or go after DX however social conversations and exchanges of 
ideas with amateurs in/on  other continents is the objective. The beam would 
have three tunable elements, the name escapes me I am used to wire antennas.
