Has anyone considered using a hexbeam as a capacity hat on a 40ft or so tower? Obviously need to rearrange the feed/chokes with relays of some sort but I wonder if the relatively large and symmetric hexbeam wires would sufficiently improve performance on 80m and 160m to make it worth trying. 73 jim ab3cv _______________________________________________ _______________________________________________ TowerTalk mailing list TowerTalk@contesting.com http://lists.contesting.com/mailman/listinfo/towertalk |
