Jorge, I'd suggest trying to reinstall the program from the source 
media, making sure to remove any old data files from the directory (or 
installing to a different one).  If it still won't run, then it's 
possible that there is some needed file that is on your work computer 
but not on the radio PC.  I suppose this could be as fundamental as the 
Visual Basic runtime package, but it depends on your machine and what is 
already on it.

I think Dean reads Towertalk, and I hope he'll correct me as needed.
