If the two verticals are separated a quarter wave length apart you will feed
them in phase for broadside.
For endfire you need to insert a 90-105° phasing line into one feed line.
I did that on 80m and used a quarter wave long 75 ohms cables to transform
each antenne to 100 ohms first.

Hello all....I'm looking into phasing 2 monoband GAP verticals for 20
meters.  I
know I saw at one time plans to make a switchable array box that would do
end
fire and broadside (4 directions) with a remote switching box and there was
even
talk about using an Ameritron 4 port switch that could be converted to
switch
the directions and the delay lines.

Does anyone know where I might be able to find the plans for that system?
Any
tips or suggestions?

Thanks,

Dave
