Hello all,
Has anyone used sprinkler system control wire for buried runs out to a tower?
I'm currently building my station/antenna system, and I was recently looking in
the electrical department of my local home improvement store. They have
rolls of (I forget specifically) 8 cond #16 relatively cheap. My thought is
that
sprinkler system wire is designed to be buried, so why not?
I'm not sure it would hold up to UV though.
Thoughts? Opine?
