I don´t agree.
The stack match is a more complicated and expensive way to do the matching.
The easiest, less expensivest and imho best methode is series matching.

I use hard wired stacks on 10, 15 and 20m and switched antenna selection on
the low bands (combinations of 3) by switching transforming lines in and out
with the antennas,  all with series matched coax lines.

You can compensate in many different ways, or course, but the easiest  
is to use a stack match .. or build your own.

Another way is to use coax that DOES NOT match the impedance of your  
antenna so as to make the impedance at the 'junction' the parallel  
value of two 100 ohm lines ... but that's the WORST way to do it.
