If you have to hire a crew from a construction company or tower company 
it's very expensive. OTOH if you get to know some climbers, or contacts 
to climbers you can *sometimes* get them for as little as $50 to $75 an 
hour.  If also hams, they might come over just to help out. There's just 
too many possibilities to come up with a concrete number.
