I'm putting a string of 31 mix ferrites on some Buryflex at my feedpoint. What's the recommendation for wx shielding? I was concerned that ice might find it's way to crack them. I was thinking of wrapping them with the rubbery 3m tape stuff followed by 3M 33 tape much like connector sealing. Good, bad, unnecessary, insufficient? Recommendations desired.
