Are you pulling the tower up with the Bobcat?  How do you not have room 
for a falling derrick?  It doesn't need to be all that huge to get the 
angles such that you can pull it up.

Or are you trying to "push" the tower up from underneath (because 
there's something on the "uphill" side of the tower?
