Use the falling derrick method and pull it up with a rope over the
falling derrick ... attached to something able to do the pulling.
I'm using that method to pull up my 60' Universal Tower
(self-supporting) with 3el 30m, 5el 17m, and 5el 12m yagis on top.
The falling derrick is about 22' tall. Using my pickup truck to take
it up.
