[TowerTalk] Using Electric Drill Instead of Hand Crank

There was a web site showing how to adapt an Electric Drill to the Tower Winch
to eliminate the need for a Hand Crank. I thought I saved that reference but I
cannot locate it.

Can someone point me to it, again ?
