I can send you an email offline if you like on how to "officially" ask if
it's in the slope and needs to be lit. Just hope it's not. I can send you
a link and a name to ask the FCC and they will check it out and see if it
needs to be registered or not. Also, just because it's registered and may
get and ASR number does not mean it will need to be lit. But you will at
least have a study number to CYA.

We register all ours (over 60k of them) and only a portion are lit. But
Jon is correct. If it's to be lit it has to be done by the 7460 circular.
