You also can try any of the local steel suppliers as they make them up all
the time for their customers. I couldn't locate the one on my 555 and had a
local steel shop make three up in exchange of a 100.00 bill in a day due to
cement was being poured the next day. Don't get lost in the 1x27 as you just
might find them a bit longer in stock. Call the bigger sign company's and

The alloy call out is actually ASTM F1554 Gr 55.
These are carbon steel anchor rods (newer terminology) with 55,000 psi yield
strength.
There is no need and it is not recommended by American Concrete Institution
(ACI) 318 design specifications for reinforced concrete to use hooked (J)
anchor rods in tension situations without reducing the tension capacity
significantly for hooked anchors on account of the crushing of the concrete
at the bend radius.
Google "St. Louis Bolt" for a major supplier in the Mid-West. If you were
out here on the West Coast I would suggest "Portland Bolt". You could also
try some major steel fabricators like Falcon Steel or Valmont also.
