[TowerTalk] How do they do it?

     I've heard for years the guys who mount their rotators near the 
base of the tower. I'm fighting a difficult situation with a Hazer and 
believe I would throw the towel in on it if I could get my rotator 
within ground or step ladder range.

Any suggestions or photos greatly appreciated.
