I don’t see any tie to the house, so it seems to be self supporting and in 
concrete.
Hardest part will be the hacksawing...take Sawzall!
Looks to me like three guys could easily lower it.  We manhandle 30’ Rohn 25 
with tribanders on them every Field Day.
It’s not worth any more than the removal.  Too short for most uses.
Beam would be $10-15 at a hamfest.
