Howard,

The cable should be 8 conductors, and depending on cable run, 14ga or 16ga.
There is no large current traveling in the conductors, mainly control
signals.

I have a 40 year old MA770 in the air, but would think the mounting of the
limit switches and type are different. I took off the limit switches on
mine, and because of winds, only raise the tower about 2/3 height.

I do have photos of the originally mounted limit switches but may take me
awhile to find them.

PS, there was another ham on this reflector who was selling his MA770 about
2 - 3 months ago. You may want to search the archives for him. His call may
be N2JFS???
