The same thing happened to our last ham store in Chicago in the late
'70s. The nearest (and still is) Milwaukee, about 120 miles away, and
around Cleveland (about 320 miles away, and now gone, I think). The Bay
area still has what may be the flagship HRO store in Oakland.
