| The hole is probably a bit bigger than what you wanted to dig unless you 
were a much better operator than most. 
Yes you should be worried.  You could shore up the sides with plywood 
and posts but that would be a lot of work for nothing.

Really.. Dick has got the right idea here.. if the corner is a bit 
rounded at the bottom, it's not like the cube o'concrete will fail to 
be a "big lump o' mass".
Use your mini excavator to dig a few inches deeper in the middle if 
you're worried about having leftover concrete from the truck.
