Herb,
Why not just bite the bullet and flip the current section of 25? Not
sure why that section fit "upside" down to the adapter, but if the other
end can be easily mated with the adapter, one section of 25 is easy
enough to maneuver using a gin pole. Better to right the first wrong
than to compound the problem.
Apologies if you have already rejected this solution, due to the design
of the 45 to 25 adapter?
