Can it be buried, is it uv resistant like ldf4?

Google is your friend. I searched on HST4-50. The fourth result on the first page was the data sheet.

The description says that it's an air-dielectric high temperature cable rated for use in a plenum. A plenum rating requires jacket and dielectric materials that minimize flame spread and noxious fumes in the presence of a fire. The fact that it's an air dielectric suggests that weatherproofing of connectors would be crucial if used outdoors. The concern with direct burial would be damage to the shield from sharp rocks that could allow water intrusion. UV damage would be limited to the outer jacket and possible corrosion of the copper shield with moisture, but since RF current is on the inside of shield, RF performance would not likely be affected.
