The T-post puller that Joe suggests is a great approach. You'll need to
figure out a choker or some other connection to the hook that would
normally hook onto the T-post. If you set up a choker (a wire or chain with
a loop on one end and a slip knot on the other), make it reach ground level
when the handle is fully up. Because the choker will slide down the ground
rod on the upstrokes, you should be able to walk it out of the ground.
