Does your municipality have a setback ordinance (no structures within "X" feed of the property line)?

If so,  perhaps appearing at the Zoning committee meeting demanding a variance that runs with your land to allow repair, replacement, or upgrades to your tower is in order.

Anyone familiar with the building code, UCC ? Property owner wants to subdivide existing lot,

would be something in the code preventing building in the tower shadow/footprint…..any
legal eagles know ???
