My mistake, K3MM's post reminded me that all of my controllers had analog
displays. As I stated it had been decades since I used the TIC controller.
The control box looked very similar to yours and nothing like the one shown
in the manual. The analog display was very inaccurate and really was only
useful to show movement.

There are many variations of TIC ring rotators. If yours uses the German
wiper motor I have been selling these motors on swap qth.

I recently sold seven TIC ring rotators that I owned for 30-40 years. All
came with the digital controller shown in your photo where you set the
direction and press start. I know at least some of my manuals showed the
controller that your manual has a photo of but I have never seen a
controller that looked like that. It really shouldn't matter as long as it
supplies 24v for the motor and indicates the direction from the 500 ohm
potentiometer.

FWIW, I quit using the TIC controllers 20 years ago and used Green Heron
RT-21's.

My controllers say the model number is 2020.
They look nothing like the 2020 pictured in the manual I can find online.

They do look like a digital readout version of a 2100.

Does anyone know what the deal is here?
I know that reverse engineering anything TIC related requires some mental
gymnastics, but these units look nothing alike!
