Good catch Tom. That is exactly what is missing. If you look in the
FCONTEST.PAS file and find the MICH QSO PARTY, you will see that in
the non Michigan case, I forgot to specify an exchanged received.
I will fix this in 6.40, but that will be after I get back from
Japan.
