I do not know where you have got that 150C.dat from. I have downloaded
cty.dat from
http://www.mai.ru/~crc/cq-m/cqmain_k.htm
http://www.rossiya.net/cq-m/cqmain_k.htm
It was called CQM_CTY.ZIP
After unzipping it I got CTY.DAT which I have put into new directory (CQM in
my case) and started TR from there. It worked perfectly and all the
additional multipliers were in place.
