Interesting. I have tried to make the program work with the CT style
CTY.DAT files (version 9) and I am of the personal opinion that ALL
programs should use this format without any changes to it.
I do know that NA requires some tweaks. It might also be noted
that K1EA asked me for input before coming up with the version 9
format and I am pretty sure he also asked K8CC. He probably didn't
ask EI5DI.
