TR SENDCW filename will have the program send the contents of the
filename on CW. This is used mostly to help generate pileup tapes.
It uses whatever CW ouput configuration you have in the config file
(might only use LOGCFG.DAT). You can adjust the speed in real time
with the page-up and page-dn keys.
