This question probably should be on another reflector, but I value the
opinions of those using TR Log. My new 'MP is on the way (replacing a 22
year old TS-820S) and I would like to know what filters you guys have
found most effective for CW contesting and DX work. I was considering
the 400Hz INRAD filters in both IFs, but that leaves the 500Hz 1st IF
filter without a home. Also, has the 2.4kHz pair been sufficient for
phone (yuck!) contesting? E-mail replies would be welcome.
