Thanks for the reply. I erased bandmap.bin and restart.bin, but same
problem. I've been using this same DXC for many months now with Prolog2K
and it's performed flawlessly. The DXC is using PacketCluster V5.4 from
Pavillion Software. Unfortunately, it's the only DXC within range, so can't
try accessing another. I'm sure that the MFJ requires 8 bits - the manual
says so, it has worked that way for months with Prolog2K, and it works fine
in the TRLog window, except the spots are not transferred as I described.
Before I had TRLog set for 8 bits, it would not work at all. If you think
of anything else to try, please let me know !
