[TRLog] Ten Minute Rule

I was tempted to offer a suggestion, But I am concerned with the ever
increasing complexity of TR as Trey  tries to keep everyone happy. Each time
we add something, the risk of problems multiply.  Maybe we need a rule ...
if you add a function you must also eliminate one. I wonder how many buttons
we have now that we could dump.  John K9DX
