[Trlog] Runtime error 158 at 16C1:67C7

I'm a using version 6.72.
Running TR READ, I received the above message.

The runtime error code table, says 158 is "Sector Not Found".
Does it mean a hardware problem in the hard disk ?

I wonder what any other data you need me to send you in order to find out the 
problem.
