I wonder if that is only for laser printing.
I use an hp inkjet printer, and don't see that
option offered anywhere.

I just pulled up the manual (in PDF) and a parameter in the Print
Preferences (in the Print dialogue box) to print at 110%.  That worked fine
and you can select whatever enlargement you want, e.g., your 106% choice.
