No, I didn't get burnt by that...ever. But I always set my system to UTC -
but you do need to choose the "right" UTC that doesn't change, i.e. the one
that is typically labeled as Monrovia or Casablanca...
LOTW shouldn't care - submit the QSO's with the right times and the others
will just lay there and be ignored (unless the other guy did the same clock
trick!)
