[WriteLog] here's a little helper if you're using a sound board with WriteLog

The WL docs describe how to use the Windows Volume Control to setup your
sound board levels and mixers, etc. However, its a real pain to use them to
do so. Here's a little utility that puts everything WL cares about in one
window:

Its only 8K bytes to download. Unzip into your \programs folder and then
make a desktop short cut or whaterver.
