[WriteLog] Bandmap - tune to station

Yep, if you SELECT it first with left-click, then right-click on it, it
tunes to station.  But if you right-click on the call, I guess it
doesn't get selected.  Pilot error I guess.  DOUBLE-CLICKING is the
berries though!
