Can someone explain to me how the Transverter Offset for VHF is supposed to work? Is the offset + the radio frequency supposed to provide the QSO frequency for entry into the QSO as logged? Does it matter where I enter the "Comm1offset=xxxxxx" in the Writelog.ini file?
