Sends other station's call and either dupe message or exchange

Is there a way to send the full call if its been corrected after sending the
exchange? Currently my setup is just sending the suffix. Also whats the best
way to setup a QSO B4 message? I guess I just don't get the %b
setup.....(please no debate abt working/not working dupes; just the correct
way to send a qso b4 message.tnx)
