WW3S: Agreed, but if you have the check call window open, that indicates if
the mult is needed on another band
albeit in a round about way; if the window says OK you don't
need it on that band. No OK you need it...

WW3S: put a shortcut on the desktop to the file; you can open it at any time
and then save it. Don't worry anout restarting writelog; just save the file
and the new parameters in the ini file will be in affect
