[WriteLog] W1WEF Keyer

I installed aW1WEF keyer on LPT1.
It keys fb with CT
I updated the Writelog 10.30 ini file as follows:
    [ports]
    cw_on_pin1=1
When I try to use the keyboard in Writelog, I get a steady carrier using
any character.  The second time I hit the character, the carrier
disappears.

Any ideas?
