[WriteLog] IARU Log Rejected - Cause

It rejected your log because it probably put the following statement in your
Cabrillo file:

CATEGORY-OVERLAY: EXPERT

Delete that line and the robot will take your log.  It tells you explicitly
at the bottom of the message why it rejected your log.  This is probably
about the 5th line in the file.
