[WriteLog] Support for Elecraft K2

Tell it it's a Kenwood. I just completed the RS/232 interface on my K2 and 
did simple experiment with WL to verify that the K2 was working. It tracked 
the VFO just fine. The Elecraft documentation says don't select COMM PTT.
I've not done anything more than this simple check out at this time.
