[WriteLog] SO2R A/B ASSERTION

There is an ini file setting to handle just this case!  I had asked for it a
long time ago to solve a similar need.

Add the following to the [Configuration] section of writelog.ini:

Set LptABSense to 1 to reverse the sense of WriteLog?s use of the Radio A/B
line on an LPT port.
LptABSense=0
