[WriteLog] Shifted Fkeys to work like regular Fkeys in SSB optionally

This is an enhancement request. Could we get a .ini switch that would allow
the shifted-Fkeys to act just like the normal Fkeys during an SSB contest or
like they do now to allow instant recording. Maybe a switch by Fkey so some
could work one way and others the other, user's choice.  A few additional
"Fkeys' for those not so normal but needed queries, etc.
