[WriteLog] INS not working?

Used the software in JARTS and everything seemed fine; downloaded the latest
version, imported my messages and now INS only grabs the call, it wont send
the exchange?!?!?! the "+" works fine for the TU message and everything else
seems ok. CTCompatible seems to be working as F1 is the CQ message. Anyway
to make INS grab the callsing AND send the exchange?
