Mark's right.  It's broke!  Will log a DX QSO even without the serial number.
Yikes...

One thing I did want to point out.  After you make QTH a required field, hit
SAVE, then OK.  You must then save your Configuration and save the file so
the QTH field is required (for US/VE anyway) next time you start WL.

I guess us beta testers are just not doing a very good job.  Sorry about that.
