Try double-clicking when you get that. It un-docks the window so you can
position it on the screen where you want it.

I was going to wait for the RTTY contest this weekend to put WL to the test
but could not pass up the 160 cw contest. Anyway, I opened the CW window
and it works very well but I have a question. When I move the curser up
there a plus sign and a little box appears. Can someone tell me what the
plus (+) sign and the little box that follows it around are for?
