[WriteLog] extra characters being transmitted during rtty using mmtty

I think this was mentioned before but I missed the fix if there was one.
Using 10.36g and the mmtty plugin, I'm getting extra character at the start
of very transmission. Most of the times its AG, sometimes EG, sometimes just
garbage.  Was there a fix? Also, what is the most recent version of the
plugin? I know some changes were made to MMTTY ( now 1.63??), was the plugin
changed also?
